1. Shipping: Shipping fees will be determined upon check-out. All orders are shipped USPS First Class. Orders take 1-2 weeks to ship. We can not do rush orders. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on customs. Peripheral Produce is not responsible for customs fees or confiscated orders. Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Implied Rights: Personal/Home Use or Institutional/Academic?
Video purchase for PERSONAL/HOME use implies that the DVD will be used by an individual and not be used in a library, screened in any academic or classroom setting, or screened at a public screening event. ACADEMIC/ INSTITUTIONAL orders allow for library and classroom use.

5. Peripheral Produce is not a theatrical distributor. Peripheral Produce DVDs may not be used for public, advertised screenings or screenings in which admission is charged. Many Peripheral Produce artists are also represented by Canyon Cinema, the Video Data Bank, or other theatrical distributors that would be happy to fulfill your screening needs. Peripheral Produce can not send out preview tapes.

6. DVD Regions: Peripheral Produce DVDs are NTSC region zero, meaning they should work in most DVD players. However, all DVDs are different, and some players, especially older ones, have difficulty playing some DVD formats. We can not be responsible for incompatibility issues, and suggest trying to play a DVD in multiple decks before assuming it is defective.

6. Returns :If you find that your DVD is defective, we will gladly replace it with the same title. Some older DVD players have compatibility issues with some DVDs, and we strongly suggest trying to play your DVD in a different player before assuming it is defective. Peripheral Produce does not offer cash refunds.
